Beautiful Tunic design full of color made in Los Angeles, California by a smaller designer with limited production. Fabric is a Polyester blend so soft to the touch. All Hems are serged edges.  3/4 Sleeves are made of a different compliementary fabric adding to the fun design. Sorry, necklace not included.
