Starting in the spring of 1998 Karen opened her clothing boutique in San Rafael at Montecito Plaza in the heart of Marin County. Little did she know she would become a San Rafael landmark as her passion and style of colorful art-to-wear has drawn and entertained lifelong customers for style, easy care, and value.
Over the past 20 years, her business has grown, made a lasting impression in the California Fashion Markets and has become a premier retailer of brands URU and Tianello on the West Coast for the extensive in-stock selection. Karen's art background influences color, textured fabrics, wearable art and unusual one-of-a-kind clothing selection. Her store specializes in California and American-made fashion and accessories.
